Default Bees

There certainly seems to be no shortage of them round here now. The last
few hot days have brought them out in abundance and they're going mad on the
ivy flowers and on a Fremontodendron I have outside my study window.

Most of those we see around here are Bumble Bees not Honey Bees. Still do
the same job but it does make one think.

I am interested in the many different styles of bumblebees' bums!

I counted 8 on our teasels yesterday.
