Default lettuce variety

Hi what would be the best lettuce variety to sow in my greenhouse just now
so I can get fresh lettuce?

Winter Density, not just now but our all round favourite for taste

Depends what sort you like, our favourite sort is the Romaine type. We
obtained some seeds of two varieties from "Seeds of Italy" last year and
planted them out on the allotment about now. Did OK and came through a good
part of the winter but in a greenhouse you would certainly get excellent
lettuce.
