Default Which? reviews seed suppliers

I read about this on one of the Irish Sunday papers over the week end.
I thought this was outrageous stuff: but then again, it might explain
some poor performance from some of the seed packets I have purchased
over the years...
In a recent survey, consumer magazine Which? found that up to 99% (in
the case of delphinium from one supplier) of seeds in packets were
dead.
