Hi, I've been searching on Froogle/Google & Ebay for some sphagnum peat moss
to pot up my venus fly traps but I'm struggling to find any that can be
ordered online. There is an 80 litre bag of it on ebay but it is a pick up
only auction. I only need about the volume of a standard box of cornflakes.
Does anyone know of an online store where I could order some or is there a
mix of other potting materials that I could use instead?

For my VFT seedlings, I use one part Perlite to three parts Irish Moss. This

Update : Should have looked more closely at the bag "55 litres of Irish Moss
Peat produced from sphagnum peat" Ok it's sphagnum, but obviously not
'living sphagnum'. It looks a bit like ordinary peat, dark and fine
particles.
