In that case you'd not be needing a 5-gallon drum, then.

I expect you could get 5 litres - best find a chemical distribution
factory and ask how much their anhydrous ethyl alcohol is. Make sure
it's not a nice blend with methyl alcohol, mauve dye, and a touch of
wintergreen innit...
