Default Is this a Pygmy Date Palm ?

Please can anyone tell me if this is a Pygmy Date palm ? Or is it some
type of fern plant ?

http://i42.tinypic.com/sgnb03.jpg

It was kept by someone as an indoor plant by the window for a few
years but since i had it , the leaves had turned yellowish.

Thank you in advance.

g'day john,

looks like a cycad to me, and not doing too well one at that, not a
good indoor specimen plant they prefer outdoors in full sun abd drier
conditions.
