Default An unusual year

I know it has been wet, however I have found the wind to be the most
exceptional.
As regards crops, my garlic are the size of broad beans, the brown
pickling onions the size of shallots, the shallots the size of onions
and the onions the size of small pumpkins. I brought a few of the
shallots in this pm for tomorrows meal, my wife told me they were far
too large, she has never said that about anything else! ;-)
