jasmine - help needed

I brought some jasmine when I returned from Spain. Just a small pot but,
although the main part of the plant is green and looks quite healthy, it
shrivels at the ends and never seems to grow any more. I've repotted it into
a bigger pot but it hasn't helped.
Anyone any ideas?
