Exactly so. I just use a dithane fungicide spray with mixed success.
Beyond that I don't know. Bacon however is an altogether more
interesting subject.

Perhaps its because there is no cure or pet remedy that really works. I
am afraid that if the black spot bothers you ( I ignore it) then spray
with a fungicide

You will find on occasions when you dont get a response that if you try
again with a different subject line you may do better. You did not get
one from me as I did not think I could offer anything beyond the obvious
