Default blueberry bushes and Frut trees

Good day everyone.

Questions from a fruit growing newby

Have had three blueberry bushes for around six minths, two of which have
died.
Is it possible to take cuttings from the one that has survived to replace
the others.
If so how would I go about it?

Also have a few fruit tress, apple, pear and plum which I want to move from
my allotment to my garden.
They have only been in the ground around one year.
What is the best time to move them and would I need to cary out any specific
care when doing this.

Many thanks in advance.

Alan
