My year has been very busy both at work, and helping my son to
improve a house he has bought. Hence I have not been as active in
the garden or on his newsgroup. I even forgot to take the usual
summer photographs to track the changes in the garden. This
morning however I found a little time to myself and decided Sept
is not too late to record what has been happening in the garden
this year.

Now then ladies, my services don't come cheap.
Truth is apart from cutting the lawns and hedges, I have done
little more than grow on a few bedding plugs, and wander round
with the hoe this year. My only major garden related project was
opening up the well. That by the way has proved very successful
with all outdoor water now not coming from the mains and more to
the point not coming through the meter.
