ATCO Viscount fault

I've had an Atco Viscount rotary lawn mower for 4 years.
After 2 years the casing fractured around the height adjustment control. Net result was the body collapsed. Had it repaired by an authorised dealer.
Two years later and............... exactly the same has happened.

Anyone else experienced this probelm?
