Default Hover flies :-)

Today is humid and overcast, and the garden is filling up with hover flies.

They seem to like the tomato flowers, and also the flowers on the cacti
which are large and beautiful (the flowers, not the cacti).

I've just checked on Wikipedia and it is the larvae not the adults which eat
blackfly, so I hope the adults are feeling as sultry as the weather :-)

Cheer
