I need help on how to store them. I have dried them.
Do they need to go in screw top jars?

I just stored then in a jar last year in the utility room, but they went
mouldy! This year, swmbo cooked them all, after I had dried them!,
divided them up into helping size portions, then froze them. Had the
first lot at the weekend, and they seemed fine.
