Badgers have uprooted the flower garden
wrecking bulbs and plants
Mice have attacked and destroyed 24 broad beans
in pots ready for planting out
I am getting quite annoyed with the wildlife of which
my wife holds in grate store
any ideas get rid of the garden or get rid

Can't help with the badger but having a cat is great thing with the mice.

hi, you could build a frame to put the the beans in and put very small holed chicken wire on the frame, you must choose the mesh carefully as, a mouse can dislocate its bones to fit through a small hole, a good way of deciding how small the holes are, is to try put a pencil through one of the holes, chances are that if you can, a mouse could also..and dont forget to make a door lol, it would also be wise to sink the wire about six inches into the ground to prevent them from digging their way in, unless its on cocrete. best wishes spinksy
