You will remember we lost 2 greenhouses to the gales a couple of years

I overwintered potatoes in the greenhouse this year, and they were lovely.
Just finished eating them. ?Any good?

Definitely, although I will need advice about watering during Winter,
can you recommend a variety?

I used a whole bunch, they were leftovers and ones that had been picked and
were green and would otherwise be thrown away. I didn't water very often
over winter, but they didn't come up till early spring. Then I just threw
some water on each time they looked /really/ thirsty. When they grew taller
I put the bottomless tomato pots over the plant and threw some soil on top.
One ended up 4 pots high. :-)
