Trying to locate Mike Crowe, who formerly lived on the IOW. Was
told he was a regular and valued contributor to this NG, so wonder
if anyone knows his current whereabouts please?

Look at the reunions on here... Oct

Thanks Bob will do................hopefully may provide some info on
where Mike is nowadays.
Strange that he has not replied to this. Has he given up on this NG?

No no no it hasn't figured out how to switch identities with it's
newsreader quickly, thats all!

Had me fooled for about 0 seconds.

Just to settle this Baz, the person currently posting as 'Blight' is
NOT 'Mike'.

It is actually one of Mike's adversaries with whom he has had many
pointless arguments in the past. They are currently engaged in a
protracted childish screaming match on another NG. It seems that he
wants to spead it to this one as well.

The reason you were quite reasonably confused is that the two of them
are so similar in their outlook and posting habits. It is indeed very
difficult to tell them apart, but we from the IoW have unfortunately
have many years' experience of them and their 'friends'.

Yes, and I realised this early on because they are not using the same
software or ISP. BUT I can spot a diddler from 100000m. How did I put 2
and 2 together? Easy, and both remain KF'd and will do as long as my pc
lasts, and that might not be too long! Thanks to goodness I have backed
all of the files we need.

Baz

Yes, Blight,(Mike)

He used to live on The Isle Of White (sic)
Now he lives in my little killfilter, and will stay there, as you are
going to do.

Bye and good riddance.

With respect, I wonder if everyone could ignore this nonsense now?
Just a thought...! Giving Crowe a forum is the worst thing anyone can
do. He's already crazy for attention without it being offered to him.

Yes you are certainly right, you are almost feeding him/it, but I don't see
it's post, it's KF'd by me as it should be by you. With respect, I just see
the dregs of replies. NOT 'mike' from the Isle Of White. OK we know it's
the Isle Of Wight, but it's only an atlas. It can't read, or is deaf and
blind, or all three.

Bit like saying that I am from the Island Of Sillies, or the Silly Islands.

Wondered how long it would be before your oar came in :-))

Why don't you just carry on advertising your garden centre like mad?

Kindest possible regards

Mike

Mike has been in my blocked senders list for a long time now, once I
realised he was too set in his ways to talk reason to. So I don't see any of
his posts directly, only if they are not snipped from replies. I did wonder
if Blight was a doppleganger but decided it wasn't.
