Lonicera pileata is similar to L. nitida, maybe worth comparing both. Elsewhere, people are suggesting cotoneaster - this is clearly wrong, cotoneaster has alternate leaves but this is clearly opposite.

Olearia macrodonta or perhaps ilicifolia.
