Any idea what these trees are I photographed the other day?

Seemed too slender for that! We had those at the bottom of our very first
garden and the base alone was much wider than those in the photo. These were
very spindly and slender. Just 4 of them in a sort of square place around a
statue.

Maybe one of the other fastigiate Populus nigra cultivars?
