Evergreen viburnum with black berries and pink flower buds. Should I have pruned off the berries before the winter, do it now or just leave it alone?

If you prune it now you'll get no flowers. Leave the berries for the
birds and enjoy the flowers when they come. General rule, prune after
flowering if you need to, otherwise leave it to do its thing.
