Default Autumn Cherry Tree...

Hi All,
I have an Autumn flowering cherry tree in the garden, planted earlier this
year. A few weeks back it started showing signs of a fungal infection. I
treated it with a fungus spray, and the spread appears to have stopped, but
the infected leaves are still dropping.
Is the tree likely to recover after all infected leaves have fallen?

TIA,

Martin.
