Any local firm which has broken pallets - they'll probably give you some.

Have a look at www.recycleworks.co.uk . Not cheap, but if you need to
get set up quickly, plus the possibility of adding extra units easily,
they have what you want. I am not associated with them, just a
customer - we got a set of three of these bins when tidying and
smartening up the working area of our garden.
