Yes.

I think it'll be the final shrub for the front garden shrub section.
If it's anything like next door's normal hazel, it should do well...

Yes.

I like it very much, but do remember to give it a little moor room than you
originally thought. Once established, it puts on more growth in a year than
you estimated.
