Advice on its possible uses? (IMG ATTACHED)

Got a lot of land (4 1/2 acres).. only recently moved in here..

back field, is overgrown with brambles and uneven due to past uses (farm land)..

We are getting it ploughed(sp?) and sprayed to deal with the brambles..

Just wondering on possible uses (garden wise) 4 it..

If i can find a better pic i'll up' it sumwhere n post a link..
