Default Compost bales

Was at Focus last week and found out that they are dropping the size of
their bales of compost by 10 litres and holding the price.
The reason is that the existing size under health and safety regs requires 2
people to handle them, the new size only 1.

One might suggest to them that H&S prevents one from lifting the same
