Don't know the specific variety.

Bought the plants at a car boot sale!


Then I'm afraid your guess is as good as mine! If the plant turns into a
small bush rather than a tall plant, there's no need to pinch out. If it
gets tall, then you may have to. Can't be more specific than that I'm
afraid!
