Default Daffodils

I had to drive to West Cornwall today and, as Charlie stated, previously,
daffodils were on sale at the roadside~ 75p a bunch~~ earlier than usual I'm
sure?

Just shows what difference a good aspect can make as not a leaf is showing
here at my garden less than 150 yards from a field full of them that has
just come into flower, still I would rather have them in the spring :~)

Ours are up and green as usual but there will be no flowers until
February.
