Hardly dare ask this question. . .

I cut out the fruited canes last autumn;
I cut out the dead remains and poor quality canes last week;
I have tied up the remaining one-year canes, which are 1 to 2 meters long.
Now: should I cut them back? to a height? a number of buds?
