Default yellow leaves on lemon tree

If you live in a climate where the weather is cold, then there is probably
nothing at all wrong with it except the cold and it will come good as the
weather warms up. You could try spraying the leaves with some seasol but
the only thing that will really help if it is cold is the return of armer
weather. If you live in a warm climate then it probably needs feeding with
high nitrogen food - water regularly, wait 6 weeks and it should be as good
as new then.
