Default Gardenias with yellow leaves

I live at the mid north coast in NSW. Some of my gardenias have bright
yellow leaves. What could be the problem

Hi John,

Yellow leaves is a sign that they are deficient in some nutrient.
Give them a feed. If this does not help, a dose of bicarb of soda (solution)
also helps.

Your Gardinias need some Epsom Salts, this should fix the yellow leaves. It
did on mine
