Am looking for a terracotta/cast ornament that is shaped to sit on pot rim,
connects to pump and spouts a gentle stream onto the water surface.

The ornament ends up mossy looking and fits unobtrusively into garden. If I
recall, the ornament may have been hooked up to a pump, but was not
necessarily intended as a fountain head. Because it sat on the rim, it
didn't take up valuable pond space.

That part is common and wide choice in many sydney garden centres,

that is shaped to sit on pot rim,

but I don't specifically remember ones for side of pots.
