[IBC] Lawn mower styling
-----Original Message-----
From: Anita Hawkins ] --------------- clip --------------- In my "collection" now is a Liggy vulgare, originally styled by lawn mower and dug in midsummer years ago.... --------------- clip --------------- Tickled to hear of other "lawn mower" styled bonsai. I have several Lantana Camara "cultivar John Deere" obtained the same way. Really fun stuff with "thick" trunks and funky deadwood. I try to encourage the locals to work with the local material and there is nothing which gives a head start to a nice, interesting mame more than the local grounds crew and their big green machines. If you people don't have something similar, you should keep your eye out (down?) for one! Have fun - jay Jay Beckenbach - Melrose, FL - Zone 8b/9a ************************************************** ****************************** ++++Sponsored, in part, by Jerry Meislik++++ ************************************************** ****************************** -- The IBC HOME PAGE & FAQ: http://www.internetbonsaiclub.org/ -- +++++ Questions?
