Default IBA root hormone for Fukien Tea

Hi all,
I'm trying to propagate a Fukien Tea by semi-ripe/ripewood cuttings. The
question is: what is the advisable IBA concentration? I've got a 0.8%
IBA powder flask. Is it appliable?
Another question is about a propagator. I'm trying to make one with an
adapted plastic bottle. I'm thinking about a hole to air ventilation. Is
it better to be on the bottom, on the top, larger, smaller, only one or
two holes?.... Any suggestion is welcome

Best regards,
Pipo
