Default [IBC] ( [IBC] Pure Gold in your magazine rack.... o...

Bonsai Today does re-publish articles from Bonsai Today out of print issues
via their subscription web site so I don't think they will be giving away
their hard work, and I wouldn't expect them to.

Some things you can check out for free though.

I was being provocative.

In all seriousness, I started this thread suggesting that back issues
of BT were probably of little worth despite their high cost so I don't
think I will be spending any time at all pleading for their re issue
in digital form - except perhaps to suggest here that the publishers
might issue them in PDF format as a curiosity for those who will never
get a chance to see them.

It seems to be the case that worthwhile information soon sets itself
free from copyright restrictions and suchlike so I can't help thinking
that anything worthwhile in there will have worked its way into the
conventions and practices of modern bonsai as discussed and debated
here and on the IBC site to which I know you are an important
contributor.

Thanks for your comments Michael.

Richard

Force is the wrong approach in my opinion. Why not seek the permissions of
the publisher and author/artist? Most individuals are quite approachable.

Cordially,
