[IBC] Layer question
After a first attempt at a ground layer with pot, I am looking at
suckers coming from the girdled site. It's only been a few weeks as well. I took off a full strip of bark around the trunk about 1" wide. The tree is about a half inch across the trunk. Is it possible to go too far in girdling or does it depend on species? Hope all are OK in Florida.
