I don't know about other providers, but AOL has a service called Greetings
and Mail Extras, with little cartoons & banners to include in your e-mail. These
fillers can be added to your layout program just as easily. In order to
manipulate them, you have to put them on top of a Draw frame, like other clip art.
You can also use the Smileys in the Instant Message program the same way.
