I have recenty move to a fairly medium size garden and would have room for a tree at the bottom of the garden. I am trying to think of a small tree that will be fairly dense and easy to control. I am also looking for some shrubs that i can grow along a long fence that will keep me private in the garden, i wanted something that was evergreen or changes to a nice Autumn/winter colour and grows fairly high and fast. I am aiming to attract a lot of wildlife to the garden so this is also a factor in what i want to choose for the garden. I have a few ideas but wondered what anyone else suggested.
