Default Fast Growing Shade Tolerant Evergreen

I'm looking for an evergreen, ultra-fast growing, heavy shade-tolerant
plant, suitable for groundcover.

Something a bit different ... what about cranberries or lingenberries? As
well as ground cover, you should get a really nice display of small, red
berries which you can eat.

I think lingenberries are more suited to our weather conditions.

Best,

- h
