Default YAY!!! It's raining!!!!

Finally!! Blessed rain!!
Many wells have run dry and many more have been sputtering, but,
thankfully, it's raining now. The local forecast is calling for rain
through Saturday afternoon. We received 4 inches of rain (here at home)
as of 6pm yesterday afternoon. Haven't checked on how much rain we've
had since then. It's has rained 95% of the time, starting sometime
Wednesday afternoon. We've had brief spells of thunderstorms & a few
tornado warnings, but no touch-downs or any severe damage. The tomatoes
that are still on the vine are rapidly filling out & the yard is
completely full of water, which, for once, is a much welcome sight!

an english speaking native of North Carolina would use the phrase
YeeHaw! with excitement and praise in their voice directed toward God.
mentioning and giving acknowledgment to God as the creator and provider
was how the region earned the nickname of "The Bible Belt".

unfortunately publications such as forbes have the area destine
for doom.
http://search.forbes.com/search/find?MT=raleigh

the current trend here in central NC is much like the Farmer who
without concern for the welfare of the cattle places to many cattle
in a pasture resulting in over grazing and over crowding producing
increased hazards for the cattle one of which is the rapid spread
of diseases.

our governments of NC have become much like the greedy Farmer
in their seeking of increased tax revenues without concern or
regard for the quality of life for the native people. taking
into consideration what was done to the indigenous native
americans upon the arrival of the english, then nothing has
really changed and it is still all about raping the land for
the maximum applied greedy return. if the indigenous persons
won't contribute, then tax them out of existence and push them
out of the way. if that don't work then take their land under
the pretense of how the action is for the greater good of society's
need for a new airport to increase travel, trade and commerce.
commerce being the key because increasing the tax revenues for
the purpose of lining the pockets of a greedy government has
always been the underlying goal. eminent domain, what a nifty
tool to have contained within the toolbox.

there is a message contained within this ONGOING drought.

Very familiar with this...

Familiar with this also...its the same way down here. One guy we know is
planning to run 100 head on only 13 or so acres of land...

Well, while this is true, it's not just NC that this has/is taken/taking
place in. On the flip-side, we'll be blessed to stay out of the red
thanks to this drought & the gummit.

We have been studying on this & discussing this at church as well. While
we know there is a "bigger plan", it still didn't/doesn't hurt to pray
for the much needed rain. Small cattlemen/farmers have really been
"pushed" out this year. While the gummit is offering "relief" for some,
I doubt that in the long run it would actually be "relief".

Glad to hear that your burden is lifted. Don't pay any attention to the
idgits who like to pigeon hole others. Here in California, we are
supposed to be the "land of fruits and nuts". When I look at normal,

I'm going to share the gospel truth with you and ask that
you take this back to that church and share it with all who
'can' receive.

don't ask God for what you need. thank God for knowing
exactly what you need and His having already provided it.
to believe is to receive.

The logical mindset is
'seeing is believing'
while the spiritual mindset is
'believing is seeing!'

Small cattlemen/farmers have really been
"pushed" out this year. While the gummit is offering "relief" for some,
I doubt that in the long run it would actually be "relief".

those leaning towards a gummit for assistance are believing only
in what they can see. therefore they are actually standing on
their own power. their power is limited to the flesh and all
flesh is by itself defeated and doomed to failure.

Jesus said:
Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth
in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for
without me ye can do nothing.

Psa 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all
his benefits:
Psa 103:3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth
all thy diseases;

1Pe 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body
on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto
righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

did you ever hear a church congregation pray asking God to
heal a sick person? actually they are begging God to do
that which God has He Himself already done. everyday I
sin and with each new sin Lord Jesus does not climb back
up on the "tree" to bare that one for me. Jesus did that
and all that is needed over 2000 years ago because He
already knew exactly what I needed. He already knew all
that needed to be known and with that He did back then
all that needed to be done.

God knows our needs.

next time you run into or cross trails with a believer
in Jesus Christ who is experiencing sickness help them
by sharing these truths:
Psa 103:3
1Pe 2:24
Mat 9:20
Mat 9:21
Mat 9:22
Luk 7:7
Luk 7:8
Luk 7:9
Luk 7:10

Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye
transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may
prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect,
will of God.

Eph 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God
is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Eph 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man
truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.

"YAY!!! It's raining!!!!" for yes it is always raining
the blessings from The Lord God Almighty onto and upon
those who will believe.

the power is contained within the spoken Word and the
"Word was made flesh" [Joh 1:14]. the Glory and all
the Glory belongs to God. I give thanks to Him for
allowing me to be the donkey He rides upon.

may His grace be forever upon you,

"Seven"??? - that's peanuts. Know how many billionaires there are in
our fair land?

While fire-fighting equipment and personnel are chicken-shit short
because there "isn't enough money" to provide the necessary, thanks in
part to skinflint San Diego County authorities and taxpayers, and
national government reductions.

Result: So.Calif. wildfires. Total damage: In the billions,
money-wise; incalculable in human terms.

For just ONE example.

Why the heck would you build/live in a know disaster prone area, one
that has a history of problems, or in the case of new development areas,
one that shows all the signs of being a problem area like all the others
like it - and then expect the state/feds to bail your sorry asses out

because the state/feds have a history of bailing them out.
with proper photo opportunities taken advantage of while
bailing out the victims, the minds of voters can be influenced
to see wonderful acts of a compassionate government at work
serving people.

its really more about creating the proper disaster by developing
area presenting rescue opportunities. ie: NC coastal development.
