Customers who wish to continue to receive this service can subscribe on
their own to a third-party news provide such as Giganews
(www.giganews.com). Giganews offers plans starting at $7.99 per month
and unlimited plans starting at $24.99 per month. Some newsgroups can
also be accessed via the web through Google Groups (groups.google.com),
which is a free service. Other providers can easily be found by looking
up the word "Usenet" in a search engine of your choice.³

I went with supernews for the binaries. Giganews bought supernews.
