Light weight-- They have two--2.5" threaded holes in the top. Great for collecting rain water from down spouts for garden water. What was in them was basically highly condenced pool chemicals for treating industrial waste water (kept the ph and acid levels correct). All rinsed out now-- white or black.

cement mixing tubs (sawed in half)
ect.
