Den. rigidum - The Plant
Answering the question as asked before things got punitively out of hand - I
dunno! But the plants this fellow has benched look great, & flower well. As an associated interesting observation, one of our members grows his smaller Dockrillias & Dendrobes of a similar growth habit (eg toressae, prenticei) on mounts which are hung from swivels - the cheap fishing line type. The mount rotates with air movement (or owner movement) & the plant grows completely round the mount. Makes a lovely display when in bloom, & has taken out some cultivation prizes at our benchings. Sorry! Sometimes things just slip my lips......for example, when Frank & I
got married. The JP was asking the "Do you........." questions and out came "It's a good thing you didn't mention that obeying stuff!" Needless to say, Frank let go a huge laugh and so did the couple witnessing. I swear I didn't plan it..... Diana "John Varigos" wrote in message om... I'm sorry I asked!! Where would we be without the occasional bit of levity in the ng? I love it!
I'm sure Ann said "Love, honour and obey..." but she swears she didn't. Certainly she doesn't. Weeellll - Love & honour definitely, but that's as far as it goes.
