How do you keep track of your orchids?

I haven't been able to copy in my photos of the bloom, I guess that I
need to learn how to make thumbnails or just hyperlink the pics,
because every time I try to import the image it either won't copy or
show half the image black. I guess I just need to stay ontop of the
book, I hate paperwork!
