about plant potential measurement

i want to do some experiments to measure the potential of a plant, named po=
sta. now i am thinking the test scheme, how to shoose the electrode? if can=
i use some electrodes for human body, such as the electrode for EMG, ECG, =
and so on?=20
please give me some advice, i will appreciate it very much=20
