Are there any textbooks for use in identifying Herbaceous plants in
winter (at least those that have persistant stems trough the winter). thanks |

Winter ID of Herbaceous Plants?
Sorry not to have responded earlier - I have been away. I think what you
are looking for is a vegetative key. No key will cover all plants and vegetative ones are scarce. If you are in UK, one is in an advanced state of production. I have used part of the draft and it promises to be very good. Email me in about November and I will give you details, if has been published by then. Peter wrote in message ...
