I use a small digital postal scale, but before that used a weight watchers
scale. Just went and measured in a measuring cup and 500 grams of sodium thiosulfate is almost exactly 2 cups. -- RichToyBox http://www.geocities.com/richtoybox/pondintro.html "~ Windsong ~" wrote in message ... Someone always has a phone number. If a company can't be bothered to TALK to me in person then they don't need/want my business. Some places don't want to have to deal with people or problems they may have with their products - they can go to hell. :-) ;-) "Press "1" to speak in English . . . actually it is preferred to fill a large tub with a known amount of water and then
use 1/8 teaspoons to work out what is actually needed for neutralization. I then double that amount. sodium thio is safe at 10X the needed dose.
