Roses in the Greenhouse

Hi,
I am a new gardening here ... My husband built a huge, nice greenhouse for us. I got great red tomatoes and green cucumbers for dinner...My whole family so happy now...
I added some beets in there and planing to add some roses in...
I want to get your opinion about this idea to grow veg and roses together!?
