Default Crimson Bouquet and blackspot

I have two Crimson Bouquet that, although they keep putting out tons of
bright, beautiful blooms, are always covered with blackspot and half
defoliated. My "Roses for Dummies" book claims this rose has good disease
resistance. Huh? Not mine... the worst ones in the bed. Anyone else
growing these? How's the blackspot?

Default Crimson Bouquet and blackspot

I love my Crimson Bouquet and it is one of my most prolific bloomers....no
blackspot, but I just noticed spider webs........hmmmmmmmm........I am in
zone 10, Southern Calif, so it is HOT...maybe that helps.
