Default RFI: Need someone to do some landscape work

I am in need of someone to do some general landscape work. This
includes:

1) Cutting down (and chipping or removing) a bunch of cedar trees. I
will hire an certified arborist to do my numerous oaks, but I have
found it cheaper to have the cedars done by someone else (and the guy
I used is no longer doing it).

2) Getting and moving a significant quantitiy of dirt up to new
flowerbeds. May involve renting and using a Bobcat.

3) Digging out "wells" around oak trees that were partially covered at
base by previous owners.

4) Redoing some drystack walls for (3) above.

Any suggestions? I am in the Westlake area.

Thanks. If you reply via Email, use the address below (with obvious
changes), as the Email in my newsgroup browser is old and
disconnected.
