Look on your water bill for your supplier's number.

But I'm sure you knew that :-)

I do my best.

Oh - were you talking about Old Codger? He's anything but difficult.

Perhaps you were being self deprecating ...

Excellent, thank you Mike.

As you live fairly near me, I would guess I qualify too. Have you any idea
about the cost, or are they free like the compost bin which arrived today?
*hopeful and skint*

Sue, look South, I am on the Isle of Wight :-))

Did you see my earlier posting re costs?

Here again for you....

£15.00 for the Butt and £8.00 for the stand. This included a free Rain
Diverter Kit

The Butt has a capacity of 220 Litres, a height of 930 mm and a diameter of
665 mm

Don't know if the deal is still on, it was a pick up, by arrangement and
timetable, on June 18th from one of three car parks on the Isle of Wight,
but the web site is/was www.getcomposting.com/swds

The company organising it is Blackwall, Freepost LS6334, Leeds. LS14 1YY.
Maybe they are doing one in your area, but for the special price, it will be
through your Water Company, at cost? Yes :-)))))

Hope that helps

:-))

"at cost" not a chance

Thames Water are charging over £30 for water Butt, stand and diverter kitt
and making a whacking profit into the bargain

If they expect us to collect and use Rain water they should supply the damm
things for FREE
